Am I restricted to any territory?
No, you have the freedom to go where you choose, do as much or as little as you choose, when you choose.

What time of day does the last day of a sales period end, in order for orders to count towards a volume bonus?
Orders need to be submitted by 11:59pm

Do I have to pay for the goods upfront?
Distributors are given 14 days credit on all product orders, with a minimum product order value being £75.
Catalogues however must be ordered on a seperate order to products, but at the same time as a product order, and have to be paid for prior to dispatch.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
Yes, Distributors are charged a flat shipping rate depending on the order value ...
£4 on orders of between £75 and £100 (but this will show as £6 on the invoice as the system can not differentiate, so you simply pay £2 less).
£6 on order over £100
(even though it always costs the company £12)

Can I dropship orders?
Not currently no, because of the high shipping costs it is currently only cost effective to have the goods delivered in bulk direct to the distributors.
