About Manager's Specials
Anthony Mervin, with a long history in retail ownership and previously a Kleeneze distributor of 15 years, started Manager's Specials in April 2018 when he could see Kleeneze's end was on the horizon.
The first catalogue consisted of just 16 pages, with products that were the type that customers bought and with prices that were very reasonable (as they still are today).
We now have around 1500 products over a number of key publications.
Our two main catalogues run for a whole year, as our customers love the continuity of the main ranges and we have taken the marketing view that for us it is not necessary to continually update our catalogues.
(This also means our distributors are able to keep ongoing operating costs to a minimum)
Our main catalogue is reviewed and updated every March, and our Home Living catalogue every July.
We also use the British Basics catalogue which has an outstanding range of chemical products,
and we offer a couple of seasonal books (Christmas & Sale).
We are not an MLM company, so have no conflict with any other home shopping companies.
Many of our distributors also work with another home shopping range and we fully respect their right to choose who they work with.
The business is still growing, with around 60 active distributors at the start of 2022.
We have a large warehouse and team in Oldham, and orders can be placed on any day with delivery 48 workings hours later.
The business is evolving so improvements are continuously being made, and there is also a lot of flexibility, huge potential and planned growth.
We have great plans for the company and are aiming to double our distributor numbers each year for the next 5 years.
